Here is my boat while I am winterizing it on the trailer. I have not posted my new combo in video form yet do to chasing some issues all summer (finally go the intake to seal properly using double thick gaskets-thanks Vinny). Anyways, it has a 383 w/AFR Eliminator heads, roller cam (234* .571 / 240* .521), and a Stainless Marine exhaust that is almost fully dry. It has a Nickerson tuned Demon carb runs 8lbs of fuel pressure through an Aeromotive regulator and idles at 750rpm. Hope you like it.

Nice!! That so reminds me of my son when he was 1.5 years old, in his diaper, dancing to the beat of my 358 c.i. mouse motor powered dirt tracker idling in the garage every Sunday afternoon after a Saturday nights worth of racing.

Not sure, I didn't get a chance to run it in anger this year, but I am hoping for 80+ next year.

80+ Holy speedster Batman.. Next time you come down this way, drag that thing down here with you so we can run them side by side. At that speed, we can outrun Johns Sonic ( that we rode on ) and this other guys 35' Fountain. I particularly like kicking his ass on a regular basis.

Maybe you can drag your's up hear for the run in Maine. Open ocean + big waves + 80mph = worlds fastest submarine!

Well, as interesting as that sounds, judging from your description of your lake, I would feel like I am doing circles in a bucket.

That monster sounds wicked. Numbers are going to be good when you can finally give it a beating.
