starflite video last fall

I finally uploaded it, a video my wife shot of us and our dog last fall. I only hit about 65mph but its a great video of riding in the the starflite and the sound of the bridgeport. There is a great shot over the bow at speed near the end, enjoy! http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=k5e52C_wD0U

GREAT video! :bigthumb: I like that your dog matches your boat colors too :D My two little JR's are brown and white, so they'll never match any of my Checkmates. I see he's just like our dogs, enjoying the ride until the speed gets up then they hunker down.....:surf:

Oh oh, what is that in the middle of the video? A single cable steering setup attached to a BRIDGEPORT? WHOA! :eyecrazy:

I also noticed it. I suggest you get dual cable only because I noticed a huge diff in handling when I installed mine. Its more safe Bla Bla Bla...
But the better control is well worth it. I only know because I ran my V6 Merc for so long with single cable. :)

Yeah single cable, it had dual cable but it way too tight, i like to have good control. I don't spend much time above 55, wife won't let me, and this boat is far safer than my last one, MX-15 with a 140 and a single cable. I just keep it lubed and un-restricted and make sure it is always in good shape before i go out. I would really like to get hyrdaulic when I have the money.
