selling my 1994 260 efi powerhead, it is a complete setup to convert any 200 merc to a 260 efi, fuel pump, fuel pressure guage, fuel lines, exhast adapter with tuner, light weight promax 225 cowl. just do what i did and pull the power head on the 200 and install the 260, using your mid and lower.
motor is still on my checkmate and can hear it run, will do comp. test and post numbers if needed.
asking $4500.00 OBO for comlete setup!!!
reason for selling: bought a different checkmate and will sell my enchanter with original 200 on it.

well, the results are in, the 260 came off the boat today. compression ranged between 113 and 130, it was cold out but i need to check it for sale purposes. motor started on first turn of the key.
its on the bench now waiting for a new home.
