Very nice rig! Love the color of the boat... And the mota. Like the name, too...but you GOTTA take it off of the windshield. The tint really works, but the graphics on the motor AND the WINDSHIELD are too much. For me, anyway.

BTW; w/ a name like that(creative) yer Check better "eat lightning and crap thunder"; and leave all others sittin in the hole. Otherwise the Baja and Hi-Po guys will just start calling it "The Turd":poke:

I have thought about removing the graphics from the windshield and getting them tinted like my old starflite at about 20%. Can't wait until the weater can cooperate with me so that I can go for a ride.

Windshield graphics are gone. Does look alot better. I think that Daphy going to stay for a while any way.

IMO, the graphics are overdone, taking away from the overall appearance of a REALLY nice looking boat.

That boat looks to be in great shape...Congrats.

I like names that make you think, and that one definitely does. I say keep it.

Do what you like with the graphics, it's your boat.

If I was gonna do graphics on my boat, it would be a jaws size Shark with a big old BAJA in its mouth. Underlined with "EAT ME". LOL

Needless to say, I am not doing graphics! (but somebody should do it.)

Very nice looking boat- graphics may be a bit much- that thing should speak for itself when it takes off!
Just as an FYI, you can post with the IMG code from photobucket, and use the "insert image" button in the reply screen to make the images appear as thumbnails instead of links.
Get some good action pics once you have that thing on the water!

Thanks for all the input. After all the input from everyone ( on here and friends that saw the boat ) and after a few beers, my wife and I have decided to remove the name and the duck. Since we didn't name it, we what the boat to be more ours than ours with someone else's greativity. Also 1 more question, what would make this Pulsare a special edition. I have the original paper work and it says that it's a special edition.

When taking the top layer off the black it got messed up so I decided to take it all off. I may get the windshield tinted to 20%, but I will wait and see after I can get the boat on the water

Had the boat out todaty and I LOVE IT. Does start to chime at about 70 so I am going to get the motor set back an extra 4 inches. I will try that then go from there.

OK, I see your problem already! It's not your set back. Look at the picture above. You must be using a Mercury steering ram with the long wingarms coming off the ram. Those long wingarms flex like crazy!! Also, the large ear three blade prop is adding to your problem. Try a Trophy 26 4-blade on your 225 Xri, swap out the ram for a Sea Star Pro ram, install 2-4" spacers between your jack plate and motor and you'll see 73-75 mph without chine walking.:thumb:
