I have a snap on cover for the fore and aft cockpit of my Pulsare 1850. The aft cover has a pole that holds up the center. The cover on the bow cockpit has nothing and tends to fill with water in rain. I tried using a stick and the throwable flotation cushion (good for something), but in a heavy rain it always falls, anyone else have a solution other than bringing the cover to a sailmaker and putting a grommet in the middle to receive a pole like the cockpit cover. Does anyone cover the tonneau covered boat with a full cover and if so what kind?

Get an adjustable pole for the front. Most marina's sell 'em, they usually telescope and have a little nut which locks them to any particular length. If you find that the pole still slips around you can sew a little dome on to your cover, or on to a little strap that attaches to your cover and then have it lock to a dome you can attach to the top of your pole.

there used to be one in the overtond catalog that had a stick and strap that ran frount to back held the cover up pretty good
better than just a stick
yuou might be able to attach it to your windshield and the to the transom
check it out at overtons.com

We have a link to Overton's at the bottom of the board.
And if you click it and buy something we get a little commission of some sort. http://checkmate-boats.com/graemlins/sssh.gif
