PROBLEM- HELP!

getting ready to leave in the a.m. for a boating weekend... replaced the lower unit gear oil and about half of it was water! only had the boat in the water 3 times this year- where is the gasket that i would have to replace tomarow? there is a dealer where i'm heading that will be open tomarow!!!!

wonder if your water pump seal could be leaking?

i will be replacing that and the prop shaft seal in the a.m. just wondering if there was any more seals that my seloc manuall don't show!!! thanks

You have a shift shaft seal also!

yes sir i do- not sure how to change that one though????? i may do a trial and eror in the morn.....any info???? i understand it is on the uper end of the lower?

Does your 2 plugs have thier cork washers in place.
