Any Dealers in MI???

I can't seem to find a dealer around SE Michigan.

What happened to Premier Motorsports in Gun Lake, MI? Are they nt a dealer anymore?

Wish we still were a dealer. Trust me that is where my heart is at. Unfortunetly everyone just seems to want to see performance boats here in West Michigan and not buy them. Paying the interest for a year or so is a hard pill to swallow. TRUST ME, no one would like to see Checkmate here more than me! I live it everyday, as well as my wife and kids are into performance boats.

Last dealer in SE MI was in Goodrich MI, JANS Sprot shop. However they haven't carried Checkmates for some 10 years plus know. They seen the $'s in the fishing and hunting market. Not to mention theya re land locked which is usually a death kiss for a boat dealer.

I could hold new boats here at my place in SW Michigan for any dealer that wants me to be a middle man. I live on the lake, so I can easily demo boats too. I'm 3 miles from US 131, and easy turn-around for a semi driver. I can even do minor wrenching, as I've rigged several of my own boats.

My buddy at Bayview Marine in Celina,Ohio just became a Checkmate dealer!. He just got in a 23 io with a 377 merc in it. He has a couple 185 ob's coming in. Their # is 419-268-2726. They are on the lake so you could test drive them.
