Ok, help here, please.
I have water in the center ski storage compartment. It is not draining good.
Should it drain from back or front? Is there something that might be clogged.
Seems water has been in there a while, paddle was slimy.
Just got the boat 1993 pulse.
Thanks for the help.

My ski-stow was covered with a solid fiberglass job the previous owner did, so I don't really know how the ski-stow is supposed to drain. My suggestion is to put some soap in there and scrub around to kill any algae living in there, then hose it out and wet-vac the water out. If you don't have a wet-vac then use some sort of bail (paper cup) to get most the water out then use a rag towel to get the rest out.

The drain hole is covered up by carpet not letting water go to the bilge pump area, mine was the same way. You can cut the carpet with a utility knife so water can flow to the back.
It also helps to store the boat with a bow-up attitude when you're not using it. Put that bow way up when it's sitting, and take the drain plug out of the transom and let it drip all week long.

Should drain to the rear bildge where your pump can then pump it up and out. It only has about a 1/2" dia. hole for a drain. I took the carpeting out of the ski storage since it would get moldy easily. Not to mention the Enchanter ski storage isn't deep enough to actually store a ski.
