Help with trim pump

Last year I rebuilt my trim pump , drive would lower all by itself , I replaced the thermal relief valve and installed a repair kit . Worked great last fall . Now this spring , it's doing the same thing again . Any suggestions ? Anybody known of a good deal on a valve body or pump itself ? Merc want's $700.00 .
