Stress cracks?????

The bottom of my hull has no stress cracks but there are a few cracks, very minor, in the paint (metalflake)slightly ahead of where the ski tripod flange bolts on. Is this dangerous to the overall integrity of my boat or is it just cosmetic?

Probably they are just in the gel. But the only way to be sure is to grind it down to the glass. If you can stand looking at it I'd wait til winter to mess with it.
