Engine compartment paint

I want to re paint my engine compartment. It is white with some kind of black stuff mixed in. I could not find this type of paint anywhere. Anyone know where I can get some?

I think it takes a special gun to shoot the paint like the factory did in your compartment.

It's probably regular white gelcoat with a black webbing sprayed over it.
