dull finish

my 87 senator is looking a lot older this year and was going to have a guy base coat clear coat the top half , i guess my ? is can i paint the gel coat finish ,,,,, THanks

Thanks, i just got to do some reading on prior post and i got a good idea that i will have it squirted, i have always had lots of ? on my boat, but i will start off slow to the new sight

well she is all painted up and new stripes on her she is looking a lot better now, i hope to put up some pics as soon as i find a way to get them here
