View Full Version : Checkmate Listing
Instead of making all this boat listing stuff confusing like its done to me, why don't you post the links to where they are located, or at least the main site? It makes it easier and people could see them themselves...

Z, firstly when those listings expire, the pictures will disappear and we'll be left with a big ugly X.
That's why I prefer to just link to the listings. Also you have DSL, so for you the pictures download instantly. For others on dialup, it takes a great deal of time for a thread full of photos to download.
For the ebay listings I figure why not just put a short description and people can click on the listings they might be interested in and ignore the others.
Just my .02 cents. http://www.checkmate-boats.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I'm cool with that man. I have another idea. Why not start a new thread where you post the URL of the site where the boat is located and just say what boat it is. Is there anyway 1 normal member can be in charge of just 1 thread? I'll just start that in the other thread... OK?? No pics and no long messages

The ebay listings might be a waste of your efforts. Most people already go over and find them on their own so it might be a waste of time. I usually just list them when they are interesting or a good deal.
Last week I listed a bunch from all over because a number of people had emailed me and also commented on the board that they were looking for a Mate for 10K or less.
But, go crazy bro. This forum is for buyin' and sellin' so I'm not to fussy on what people list. I would just hate to see people waste their efforts tis all. http://www.checkmate-boats.com/6/ws/,s,8626072361/Graemlins/thumb.gif

I don't have much more to do. I wish I could just be in charge of this 1 thread, it would be easier but I know thats not possible. I think H20 there should have just started 1 thread and then posted all the URL's instread of starting a whole thread for everything. To me it is just hard on my eyes...
