Man, if you could win that for under $5k and it's nice, you'd be stealing it. If the boat is nasty and the motor compression is bad, then it's still not a bad project for the price it's currently at.

Hi there, take a look at the 1984 brochure, from that year it looks like the Skimate. I had a look at NadaGuide and it indicates a SKIMATE 20 for 1986.

It appears to have the same windshield along with the 2 ladders and platform on either side of the Outboard.

Pretty Good chance it's the Skimate, not too many outboard models with the double swim ladder.

Looks liked I jumped the Gun, after looking at the 1984 brochure again the Skimate actually has "Skimate" on the side. Oh well, next time I'll keep my "fingers" to myself.

Perhaps it's a variation ???

One more and I'll go away, I'll change my bet to the Starflight as suggested earlier. NadaGuide shows it in 1986 for what it's worth. Not that NadaGuides is Gospel but at least its an indication.

Hey, I've wondered something. It seems that the Pulsare 2100 replaced the Starflight. What's the history on that?

JW......yea it replaced it.....it was just the natural progression. The Starflite replaced the Enchanter/Entertainer of the 70's ..in the 80's and the Pulsare 2100/2100BR replaced the Starflite/Starliner in the 90's. We would like to think that each model got better and that we learded things along the way to improve our 20/21'outboard model.Each model had it's own plus's and minus's...but they are and were great little go fast 21' O/B's in there our right!
