200HP Merc Black Max Choke ?

I need some help here. I am trying to get my 1983 Enchanter into the water but my center carb has fuel running from the top two air jets. I checked the floats and seats and they are perfect. Can the electric choke be killing me? Is there a way to check or a temporary way t disable it ? Has anyone come across this before ? All the help would be appriciated. Thanks in advance.

I dont think it's the choke. The choke only closes when you push in on the choke button, unless it's stuck closed.....

Take a look down the carbs and see what the plates are doing when you push and release the choke button.
