Coop, isn't 1986 the 'offshore' boat style??

LiquidFire

Yeah, i guess you can say that. It does have an offshore look to it. But.. Mini offshore.

Here are a few pics of the boat. One pic I'm not going to post is of the VIN. It's definitely an 86.

Thanks Chris! Yep, this is NOT the body style that Coop and I are looking for. Were they making both types in the mid-80's??????? http://checkmate-boats.com/graemlins/Eyecrazy.gif

I guess that makes three of us looking for the offshore style then?

I can sense a bidding war comin' someday. http://www.checkmate-boats.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Well I had a handshake agreement with this guy to pick up the boat tonight if he could get it to start (last night). I get a email this morning saying that the boat ran good and he had decided to keep it (even after posting it here and on craigslist for sale). I guess when he thought it was a lemon, he wanted rid of it, and now it runs he can't part with it. http://www.checkmate-boats.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

LOL! You guys might want to watch this hay seed. He has been stalking me for quite some time now...shall I provide emails as proof?

And the boat was NEVER a lemon. As the owner I think I would be the first person to know. it ws sitting for over a year and thought I wanted to get rid of it and backed out. No need to cry over spilled milk, you werent out a dime!

AND...as far as a "handshake agreement" goes. that is laughable..I've never even seen this guy.

I did have the boat up for sale, yes, but i did back out ..and as the OWNER...I have that right.

Good luck on your boat search mmiller40 http://www.checkmate-boats.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I'll let you know what time We'll be on so you can record it! lol!
