Hi Kip,

I’m looking at a 2001 Checkmate that the owner insists is a Pulsare. I believe it is a Pulse 210. The ID # is CHK46103G001. Is it a Pulse 210?

Thanks

Drex:
You probobly already know the pulsare looks different than the pulse, the pulsare bow slopes downward, where the pulse does't. http://www.checkmate-boats.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

Yeah, I am almost 100% positive it is a Pulse 210. I have not yet seen the boat in person, just emailed pictures, but it is definitely a Pulse 210. I just want to verify that so I can let the owner know. He is insisting it is a Pulsare. Apparently the coast guard rating sticker was removed or forgotten at the factory. Otherwise he could look on there to see what model he has. Anyway it is a 2001 with a 2001 225 EFI Mercury on it. It is completely stock, mint condition and the whole package has 74 hours. He wants $19,000. What do you think?

Drex call Mike at Checkmate he has all the boats listed in a book and can look up that number for you. 419-562-3881
I do know that G001 means it was built in July 2000 for the 2001 model year. http://www.checkmate-boats.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Sounds like a fair deal. I thought you were looking for a pulsare(different hull,bigger motors,faster).sounds nice. http://www.checkmate-boats.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

I am looking for a Pulsare BR. But if a nice clean Pulse 210 came along at a good price I would be interested. I think for $19,000 I'll keep looking for a Pulsare though.

Missing coast guard plate.....doesn't know the model......hmmmm.......I might do a check on the ownership before I handed over any money. Sounds a little suspicious to me. Might not be.....but you can't be too careful. http://www.checkmate-boats.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Pulse 210 is better for big water, Pulsare for smaller water. What size lakes do you boat on?
