I didn't close the door on YOU Bill, it was the fact that your 'For Sale' post got spammed and messed up by others. Since we aren't allowed to delete messages, by closing that thread it will drift down and gives you the opportunity to start a new 'clean' thread in the For Sale section. So if you want, start a new clean fresh ad, link a couple great pictures of your boat with all your info, and then I can close it (only if you want) so that it won't get spammed. Or we can leave it alone and HOPE it doesn't get spammed........Whatever the case, I wouldn't be pleased with a For Sale ad that I placed if it got spammed up with unrelated info........

Not only is it good looking, but he's getting incredible speed with that big of a boat with a small block.

Herb is too nice, he saw alot of my transom because I kind of new where I was going and those guys had never been on the bay before! Herb's boat is not exactly a slouch either. It was a cool sight running with Disturbed, Herb, and gslinger. For once, our small pack out numbered the Baja,s. Gslingers brother owns a pretty stout 29 Baja that was out running with us. If anyone is at fault for JW pulling the thread about bills boat being for sale it was me. I am the one that said the harsh things about checkmate, and i was in the wrong for voicing my opinion on the forum. Bill never said anything bad about checkmate. I turned it in to a stress releaver for me.I love checkmates and i love my boat, i just have strong negative feelings about the way the do business. I'll keep my mouth shut from now on. Hey herb,
I got a price on the pink flamingo's, i can get them for 2.00 a piece for mikes yard.To let you all in on the joke ,we have a friend with a 24 baja that is alot faster than most of the boats where we live. So as a joke we are going to wait until they leave town for vacation and stick about 50 pink flamingo's in his yard with checkmate sign hung around their necks, we'll have hell to pay for it when he gets back ,but what a laugh.

also disturbed, I spoke to Mike W who does the vinyl graphics today and he said he some great new colors and ideas. I told him I would pass the word on th you. Mike is not only a good guy to do business with, great to talk to on the phone! Now we just need to meet up on the water.

JW, Yes, respectable for a small block, but remember, My small block is putting out more ponies than Disturbeds' 454 and weighs less. Not to take credit away from Checkmate, but pretty respectable job from GM and Merc for that engine!
