Chris, he's online looking at the threads, but not signed in. You can delete your cookies on your computer and go to checkmate-boats.com and look at all the threads without logging in, sort of 'stealth' mode. You can't post here without signing in though........

Nope, let me explain better. If you have your cookies 'turned on', you can go to this site, sign on, and then you dont have to sign on anymore. The site and your computer talk together, and recognize each other as being hooked up previously. You can post and look. If you're computer is NOT cookied, or you've deleted your cookies, you can still look at all the threads, you just can't post anything until you sign in again, and your name doesn't show up on the main page or any of the threads. You are a 'guest' until you sign in.............

oops, forgot one thing. The moderators can 'see' Bill and C-Mate god because of the IP address that shows up.....regular members cant see the IP addys.......

Plus you have no way of telling if its me looking or not if Iam not signed in you just guess by looking at how many gust are online,theres 31 now who are they.

He won't delete you. You'll just not post... So you're saying you see their IP address. But if you see it, how do you know it's them? Does it automatically match the # with the name when they joined...

C-Mate god, your IP address is solid (doesn't change like some) so we can see whenever you are online here even when not signed in..........

Yes Z06, the IP address is easy to match up with a name when it isn't dynamic. CMG's IP addy isn't dynamic. So when you see his IP addy on the site, it's basically the same as seeing his 'handle'

You should get a 90+ Boat... If you don't want a Checkmate, a 'Stream, Allison, or STV would be nice, but always look at Mate first...

Plan is to sell the Pulsare, and get a super fast light weight go-fast hull for myself, a ski-tow-pig for everyone else, and a ??? for other times. Ski-tow-pig would be perfect if it was a nice used Pulse 170.........
