Enginecover latches

Hope someone can help me. I have just bought my first Checkmate, It's a 85 Enchanter w/350 I/O and it is in great shape but my enginecover latches are not returning down flush with the cover and it looks like a knee scraper to me. Does anyone know where to get new/used or know of replacment that will do the job? Thank you much.
