I am just curious as to how I would go about getting a good painjob for my new project that will look absolutely flawless and last forever.

Is there a special kind of paint or primer that I need, or is it just a typical base coat/clearcoat?

Also, where would be a good place to go to have it painted?
I was going to buy the paint myself and spray it with a friends paint gun to save some money but I would rather have the guarentee of a profesional job seeing that this is going to be something really special. I was told that mako could spray it cheap, but I'm not sure if I trust them.

Any advice or sugestions would be great. Thanks guys

You need to find someone that is skilled at painting. Not mako.Go to fibreglast.com.Also they have gel mixing guns so you dont have any cleanup or flash problems. So you can gell it instead of painting it.gell lasts a-lot longer and is more durable and is as easy as spraying paint nowadays.
