Merc Sport-Jet power head interchange???

Anyone know if the Merc SportJet 175hp V6 is the SAME exact power head as the V6 outboard 175??? Seems this Merc Jet stuff is a mistery... anyone know the exact specifics? I'm looking to do a little motor swap on a jet-bathtub I've got... Trying to find a V6 powerhead, V6 pump, or both is next to impossible... Any ideas???
