Overtons has a teleflex O/B water pressure gauge kit for $46.99, I have this very kit, works great.
Eddie Marine, Has Gaffrig gauges, water pressure is $55.00 (GM-WP) $44.00 (G2-NWP)
Most all of the mechnical gauges come with 20' of hose. Very easy to install.

Thanks for the information. I am hoping to install a pressure gauge and a hydro jack plate for the spring. I am also hoping to see speeds of 65 mph plus out of my 1999 Pulse 185 with 150 hp EFI Evinrude. Is this realistic?

JW was able to run close to 70 with a 17' Pulse and a XR6, so 65 seems achievable.

I get about 58-59 out of my 17' and XR4 and I have no jackplate and run a high five prop.

I just installed a Teleflex "Vector" series water pressure gauge 30 psi. Cost was $80.00 Canadian which is roughly $50.00 US give or take. It comes in a kit with all the possible fittings and tube. Quite easy to install as suggested by others. In my particular case I had to use a 2 inch DEEP Holesaw to cut the 2 1/8 inch hole and cut the "U" bracket a little bit but no problems at all. For the wiring portion you simply bridge off an existing gauge, its straight forward after you see how the existing gauges are wired.

Remember !, measure twice maybe even three times before the cut. Make sure you check behind the dash so as not to cut thru any existing wiring harness's. I find it's easier to drill a small pilot hole before using the Holesaw also.

Enough of my 2 cents worth !!, take your time and you'll have no problems at all.
