Hi, I have a MX15 whit 88 Evinrude 115. It is now working with 2 plastic fuel tanks in the back. Would it be better to have a fuel tank installed in the bow? Will it affect the performance of the boat?

Spike, I have my only fuel tank in the bow of my V-mate. It is a 25 gallon tank. Everyone on this board is going to tell you to leave them in the rear. They wanted me to put mine in the rear. They say it handles a ton better and maybe gives you a little more speed to leave 'em in the rear. http://www.checkmate-boats.com/6/ws/,s,8626072361/Graemlins/thumb.gif
