I'm currently rebuild an Mx 16. Have everything but the windshield. The plastic is no problem, the upper and lower aluminum molding is what I really need........anyone got them?

I've been to a couple boat salvages and all over the net and it seems that original windshields seem to be hard to come by. I have an MX-15 and have decided not to put a windshield on it. I have seen pics of the original one and it looks very goofy. I would much rather have a custom one made for it when I can afford it and there are places that will do that. Something a bit smaller and more asthetically pleasing.

I agree, tha' windshields of the past are too big and look like crap. Design your own, it cannot look worse.

Agreed, the windshields make the boat look like a big dork. Bugs dont really taste that bad.

I have the original one but the frame is somewhat hammered keep me in mind if you end up getting the boat.
