Yes I know about both of them, the mate I have now is from Lake and Trail, no big discussion but would NOT go back.

The 2 dealers I am working with are in TO.

Dont rule out Dave in Fargo, he is great to deal with snd from what I've seen he will do what ever it takes to keep his customers happy. Don't forget about FREE nationwide delivery.

Dave’s free delivery was nice. It saved me 1100 miles of driving!

The guy who dropped off my new Pulsare said his next run was going to be to Canada, so I'm guessing they do. Give Dave a call to know for sure.

To answers a few question I saw above, I should have worded it different Chris I meant near TO, I will say who if the deal gets done.

I did check out the US exchange and buying down there and am considering it. With our dollar being what it is, it is a good idea. A family member member is taking my old boat if I do the deal so no need to worry about a trade.

Even if Dave drops a boat at the closest border crossing to you, it's still better than doing the round trip from Quebec. If i am ever in the position to buy, i'd certainly give Dave a shot, everyone seems happy with him. I liked the rigging job he did on Drex's boat - looked like a quality job.

I got the poop yesterday, New Ark is no longer a Checkmate dealer. Things didn't work out as planned i guess.

There's a dealer in Hamilton that sells Checkmates. Became a dealer last summer, I think. Have a look at baycitymarine.ca. (How's that for a free plug?)

I think the Pulsare 2100 with a 300x is the ultimate combo!! Just make sure you have more than the standard 6" setback. From all the threads that I've read and the process of dialing in my own Pulsare...the more setback the better! Good luck with you purchase!

Peronally, I'd like a Pulsare with a 250 XS. :thumb:

How about a Pulsare with the new 300xs!!! Now that would be a screamer!!

I know the new 250 XS runs on regular pump gas.

That's one reason why I like it.
