For Sale- 05 Pulsare 1600 BR and 05 Pulse 186

Guys....and girls ( where applicable ) we are selling 2 boats factory direct because they have flaw's in the gelcoat.Maybe some of the guys that have been here recently can comment on them. You can barely see the flaw's ( the gelcoat seperated in several spots on each boat).An untrained eye would have a hard time even finding the flaw's.But we don't want to sell them through our dealer network because of the flaw's ..but there is nothing wrong with them except the flaws.Their will be no warranty on the gelcoat ..obviously But the rest of the warranty is in affect.I sent Chris some picture's to post. One is a Pulsare 1600 BR Lt Gray w/Merc Blue and Red stripes...the other is a Pulse 186 all Lt Grey. Retail on the 1600 BR is $11,000 special price on this one - $ 5,000 ....and the Pulse 186 is $ 14,535 retail special price - $ 6,900. with standard equipment. Some one better snap those up quick cause at those prices thats pretty much what it cost to build them. Little or no profit they just want their money so they can build new ones.

I think Kip meant that the pigment in the gel separated. Not the actual gel from the boat. Years ago they had some ash colored gel that looked like it had white specks in it. That's pigment separation. Maybe Kip could clarify that for us.

I saw both today with Kip when I picked up the Starflight... NICE BOATS and WHAT A DEAL!!

The flaws are barely noticeable!!! In fact, a day on the water with any boat would look the same... I would call them TINY "water-spots"...the light gray pigment seperated a little bit (you better look VERY VERY close)...like a foot or closer!!!

That 1600BR is 100% ready for a motor and what a beautiful boat!!!... $5000!!!! Makes me think I need a 5th boat!!! HEY KURT...Grab this one and tell your brother the factory restoration went a little "deeper" than you thought...so deep, it changed to a 04/05 1600BR!.... WHAT....$5000!!!!!!!!

The Pluse 186 closed bow is almost done... and yes, it's flaws are also barely visable as well!!!

The pigment separation is noticeable only when you are very close to it.
Any of you other bodymen out there, the separation reminds me of how "mottling" looks on a metallic paint that didn't lay out right or flow out like it should have, kind of blotchy in spots.

wow, two lucky guys...what deals they scored!!! they basically just have to buy an engine as they got the hulls for cost, pretty darn lucky...one question, upon re-sale do the flaws in the gelcoat have to be legally documented and mentioned prior to a sale or transfer of ownership???? just curious.
