Z, you have a bad habit of going into threads and spamming them. You start talking subjects unrelated to what the thread is about.

Examples? Well Gus' the other day, BD's thread about his boat, and this one. There are three examples.

As far as your speed thread is concerned, it isn't going anywhere, it's still there. But, no topic typically is pinned permanantly to the topic of any forum, unless it is a description of the forum or it describes the rules of it etc.

I know... I'm like that... Can't change it but I'll try. But threads are like that. The last recent one I can recall is us all talking about drinks. Come on, how do alcoholic beverages make there way into a Checkmate Forum. I don't think I started that one... I'll try to stop though...

You're right, sometimes a thread just goes off in a different direction for whatever reason. I just try to avoid doing it when it is a thread of substance. Like a member showcasing their boat or whatever.

If you find while posting in a existing thread that you think of a cool topic, just start a new thread. New threads are the life blood of a message board anyway.

And getting back to your Speed Thread, you can always bumb it back to the top every once in awhile.
