Well its finally here. I need to look it over this week and start the plan.

I am gonna redo the trailer also. The first thing it needs is new rims and tires. I made it a whole 35 miles with this one.

Just looked up the motor on the Old Mercs site and it is a 1963 850Mercury.

Most of the floor has already been removed. I looks like the bottom is nice and solid. The transom also sounds solid. So far.

I pulled the cord and it rolls over and makes some compression. I think it could be made to run. We got any old Merc experts on here? If this motor runs, I think it would look cool on the back of the V141.
