It needs quarters and floor pans (normal for a mustang) Have new floor pans for it as well as alot of new parts. It has a drivetrain. It's pretty much complete minus new quarter panels and a windshield. Wife wants it gone like yesterday. make an offer.

What has it got for a drive train?
Is it a shelby GT?
Pics would be great, also if you could post the v.i.n., I may be looking for a project also.
The winters get long without a good project.

Sounds like cooperider needs to shoot you some gel coat! That way your wife is happy that the stang is gone (and another project), and you get a sweet fresh look to the Checkmate...next year will be more time boiating and less time working! Seems like a "win-win" for both of you!!! http://checkmate-boats.com/6/ws/,s,8626072361/Graemlins/xxrotflmao.gif

If something changes or the trade falls threw... please let me know... I'd be interested also, but coop was there first! Thanks, Jim. http://checkmate-boats.com/6/ws/,s,8626072361/Graemlins/biggthumpup.gif

Well when I'm home I'm home for days. Not a couple hours here a couple there. But dayz, after about 1 day at home the wife says "Don't you have something to do out in the garage" and then I'm off. http://www.checkmate-boats.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Hey Cooperider... Glad to see the planets all lined up for you!

Post some "before" photos when you can... I'd love to see the work in progress! Jim.

P.S. I used to run (and race) 67-70 Mustages and Cougars... I have a few tricks up my sleeve on making them handle and pointing you in the right direction on parts.
