shift interupt switch

I have a 85 diplomat with a 205HP 4.3L that has a bad idle cut-out switch/shift interupt switch, the local dealer say's there is a service bulletin for this and the new "shift plate" p/n 864363A1 is required, has anyone used this or do you know anything about it?

Update,
I just received the new shift plate assy, it is a replacement for the original and has the idle cut-off switch with it. It was a fairly easy install, but the control linkage adjustment took a little while to get set.
