Hi there, just finished "drying off' the boat after a couple of hours of boating between the rain showers.

The weather here in Southern Ontario this summer has been "brutal" for boating. My son and I drove 2 hours North to Lake Joseph with rain on our tails, managed to get in about 3 hours of boating before heading back home to meet Mr. Rain again. Nothing like trying to
McGiver the trailer into the garage when it's pouring out, you guessed it, no sympathy from the wife either !!

Anyhow, take care and I hope that some of you are having a better time with the weather than we are.

Just had to get it out of my system !!

If it makes you feel any better...
Last friday my wife and I went camping with the Convincor at Westbranch state park in Ravenna,Oh. On friday it did not stop raining for 2 minutes from early afternoon till 6 saturday morning. We pulled out the "never been used" camper top for the boat and camped on the boat on the trailer all evening until it stopped the next morning. It actually proved to be ten times more comfortable than the tent ever was, just harder to get in and out of!!
Yeah, rain sucks, guess what I was supposed to be doing right now? Please rain gods make it stop!

I've been a bit lucky this year. Most of the rain seems to have come on weekdays. http://checkmate-boats.com/6/ws/,s,8626072361/Graemlins/thumb.gif
