Merc outboard transom bracket and trim assembly (Sold)

Sorry about my discription but here goes: I have a brand new Merc V6 outboard transom plate assembly??? It has the transome plate that you bolt to the boat, has the steering swivel, trim cylinder, trim pump and wiring, and trim swivel...it is the part you would bolt to the boat transom and the other side would bolt to the outboard's mid section. This is a brand new Merc part and complete...Price out a new Merc trim assembly and it alone is about $1000. I am asking $395/offer plus shipping for this complete "new" set-up.
