stripped screws

what is the best way to fix stripped out screws in fiberglass. I have a few i want to tighten up but they spin in place. Thanx for any feed back

FILL WITH MARINE TEX, REDRILL, AND SCREW AWAY. :thumb:

IF YOU CAN ACCESS THE BACK SIDE YOU CAN PUT A SMALL PIECE WOOD BEHIND THE SCREW. I CUT 1" SQUARE PIECES OF 3/8 PLYWOOD AND PUT IN LONGER SCREWS. ON THE SIDE RAILS I USED 2" LONG PIECES TO CATCH BOTH SCREWS ON EACH STAND. IN SOME APPLICATIONS CHECKMATE ACTUALLY BACKED THE SCREWS WITH PLASTIC NUTS TO KEEP THEM FROM PULLING OUT
