Just as we get rolling into March and things are supposed to be looking good to get the boats all shined up and ready for the first "fly by", I just came in from blowing snow for the third time tonight with about 8 inches of new stuff on the gorund, and anoth 4-5 expected by morning. Time to move to Arizona!!!!!!!! http://www.checkmate-boats.com/6/ws/,s,8626072361/Graemlins/jpshakehead.gif

Same story here Bill. We are supposed to get a storm tonight, with lots of snow. They say it should head warmer temperatures by the weekend. http://www.checkmate-boats.com/6/ws/,s,8626072361/Graemlins/thumb.gif

Chris, even if it does get better, the waters will be frozen, face it man! http://www.checkmate-boats.com/6/ws/,s,8626072361/Graemlins/jpshakehead.gif I hate it but we won't be out for another few weeks. I don't have any boats to wash, wax etc, so I am stuck with my cars thinking about LAND, noy water

Same story over here. Today was in the 50's. I uncovered the boat to get started with some mods I want to do. It felt good to be on it, even though it is on a trailer in my yard. Tonight we are supposed to get 1"-3" of white stuff---AGIAN--- I hate winter..... http://www.checkmate-boats.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_mad.gif

We just go covered by tons and tons of snow. I think I have used the snowblower more times in the last 2 weeks then I have all other winters... http://www.checkmate-boats.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_eek.gif

Luckily I have a 13 yr. old kid who now knows how to use it, butt with adult supervision. It always seems like we get snow when I am either working my 24 Hour or my night shifts, so he goes out and does it. During the day though, I am stuck with it even though my truck would easily get by it all... http://www.checkmate-boats.com/6/ws/,s,8626072361/Graemlins/thumb.gif

Yeah, except up here it may be 2-3 weeks. I have a comment/question to ya all... Try wearing firefighting suit in the summer when its 30 degrees out! My disadvantage...

Z. I though it might actually be cold by some of the temperatures you have been saying it is, you have been talking celsius. Man... it is colder here. Quit whining http://www.checkmate-boats.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Quit whining? I don't like -43 degrees celcius weather man, neither does my truck! My suit for firefighting keeps me warm though, but too warm in the summer!!!

I know. Even why I hear -43 it gives me shivers. I like when you guys say numbers in the 80's and 90's... Whatever that would be...
