There's been intermittant glitches. I'm having intermittant trouble with Scream and Fly and the I.H.R.

We've been upgrading the entire database, which is no small job (as Chris probably knows). We're still not finished though - we're having a new RAID 5 server being built, so we'll finish the upgrades once the new server is online.
