Was over on S&F and saw that Rickracer posted a link to this mod. Figured someone over here may be able to use the information. It works like a champ as I did it on my mid. Skip does a great step by step.

My XR2 had that mod, and I LIKED it! Quiet at idle, but as soon as you started to get on plane, sounds like a race motor. Definitely wake up the neighbors with that mod.

Nice and quiet at idle and really sounds good when your on plane. The nice thing about it, you can block it off and be quiet in under 5 min.
