I am a new checkmate owner and I purchased a used convinsor and I found out that one of the hull docking lights are out. Does anyone out there know how to change these light bulbs?

yep, did mine last year,
if you go into the cuddy theres an opening at the front of the hull, the docking lights are in there. they attach with a stainless band clamp that needs to be removed. the bulbs are in a thick rubber boot and are fairly difficult to remove.
if i remember correctly you have to cut the wires and reattach them later.
the bulbs for mine had to come from a "farm implement" type store. all the auto stores didnt have anything like it.... i think theyre cross reference to a John Deere or something like that....its a pretty simple job really.
good luck!!
