Help. Ive bent my prop shaft on my Mercury 150 (1995 model) XRi. Anyone know of a source for a reconditioned one or good used>? New they are over 300 dollars. JDC

Try NAPA Auto parts,you might get lucky.They carry a decent amount of O/B and I/O stuff.Or search the web.

try over at Scream and Fly. That's the largest outboard site in the world, somebody there has a propshaft for you. Be careful though, there are a couple screws on there along with 4000 good people. www.screamandfly.com (http://www.screamandfly.com) I've been there since it's inception, if you find a propshaft from a member and you want a character reference, I may be able to give you one.

check with your local prop shop

mike hood in houston says he can get the prop shaft straighter than new
