OK...The big "secrete" motors are finally released by Merc, and I was kinda disappointed to see it only makes 200/225/250/275HP... this is a very HEAVY MOTOR...inline 6 supercharged and intercooled! Yes, its SMOOTH, QUIET, and LOW EMMISIONS, but what happened to those 330+HP numbers the proto-types were pulling??? The new 275 four-stroke is kind of a heavy PIG... it weighs so much, the power to weight ratio of a 225 pro-max would beat it to snot... I would like to see them issue a PERFORMANCE version and put this thing on a diet (minus the 100 lbs of sound deadening)!
