Help Support The Board!

From time to time I get offers from members asking if there is a way for them to help support the board. And until recently, we really didn't have any mechanism to allow people to help out. But now we have a couple of ways you can help.

The first way, is you can purchase one of Gus' Checkmate-Boats.com window stickers! The ideas is that you "purchase" one of our window stickers by donating a minimum of twenty dollars (or more if you like), and the profits go to help with the web site's hosting fees.

The second way you can help, is by clicking on some of the advertisers banners located on the board. For every click we get a little advertising commission. And, in the case of the Amazon banner, if you happen to click on the banner and then purchase something from the Amazon site, we receive a small commission back from them, and it costs you nothing at all!

So there you have it, a few easy, and hopefully painless ways to help support the site and forums.
