Where can i order interior for my skimate that is just liek the original and that isnt gonna cost an arm and a leg? Also, Whats the best way for me to fix a hole in the floor thats approx 1 foot across and 6 inches wide located infront of the rear bench? must have been a low spot where the water likes to lay! other then that the floor is solid as a rock. I really hate to tear it all apart if I dont have to. I am going to get a new camera today so i will post some pics of it later. The lens broke on my digital :(

Ok guies, here they are! I spent a few hours today ripping out the floor. I dont know how the boat was still floating. The foam was drenched. The stringer is soaked and so rotted it basicly fell apart in my hand and most of the plywood floor when u pressed on it the water would come right out of it. I am only gonna replace the stringer and floor from the front right before the cuddy area to right before the gas tank. I really cant get into tearing the entire boa apart and as I got twards the front it wasnt in to bad of shape. Anyways i would like to hear your thoughts and what i should do. Here are the pics thus far. Also, what is the deal with the foam? How do you replace that?
