they used 2 different ones i beleive around that time , the original was teak , and the gtx was formica .i had teak on my 88.

I had the fold in half formica door on my GTX. The thing is a real pain in the A$$. When open it takes up a lot of room. I took it off and enjoy the boat much more.

i saw one re done in black (tinted) 1/4 inch or so lexan. came out good . you could see out , not in . available from most glass shops
