C-Hawk Brake Job

I have a '93 bunk C-Hawk trailer for my 25 ft. Checkmate. It's surge brakes
are dead!!! It needs new master cylinders, etc. Local boat dealer said parts
would cost about almost $400........plus labor....total work could set me back $800. Is this price out of line? AJ

Being from MI and so close to C-Hawk Trailers (Bucyrus, OH) I would contact Otis/ Carol and the new owners (Dave- I think) about a price to refurbish your trailer. Their # is 419- 562- 7978.

I live in Sheboygan, WI. We only one decent boat dealership here. They work on smaller boats and motorcycles. I'm not Mr. mechanic myself so I
am sort of stuck. I just put all new rubber on the mag wheels....now this.
