Starflite Set Back & Skiing?

I've got a Bobs jack, 6", and need to know what size spacer I can add without loosing my ability to pull up a solom skier? I*'ve got a 225 Johnson which I plan to put 2.7 heads on which will give me a little better hole shot.

Setback on these hulls doesn't seem to hurt holeshot. They run so bow heavy to begin with. I have 11" and can pull skiers no problem with the right prop. If I were you I would buy another 6" plate and stack it. Make sure the transom is solid first!
