Heres my new checkmate. I was boatless for 2 seasons after I sold my first checkmate. I needed a boat for the summer. With the money I had saved I bought my second one. Not much of a looker but I does the job. Heres a pic of my first checkmate and a pic of my new one.

Cool V-Mate! Looks awesome...Except for the tall, clear windshield! lol Just kidding of course. :) That Predictor looks sweet as well, I bet that was tough to part with. I see you bought a new prop, you'll have to let us know how that works for ya.

Hey chucker, thanks for the post. The Predictor was definetly a hard boat to part with, but at the time I was only 16 and wasint very knowledged. Right in front of the rear seat the floor was soft so I sold it... a few weeks ago I ran into the first owner of the boat and he said when it was his he raced it. But anyway I got the V-Mate now. Its gonna be sweet tho. Tonight I got my prop, I ordered Aqua Buff 1000@2000 I bought Meriguars Machine Glaze and Seafoam Deep creep for the motor, to make her pur. I dunno if you saw diplomats post when he used thos products, it had a amazing shine! So hopfully mine will have the same. But my next plan is to definetly cut the windshield!! I have the tint already waiting. Over the next week id like to put all new white face gauges in, I think that will give the dash a nice look. When I go to the marina tommarrow ill take some pics, the interiour needs help!!!! I put 2 new cowl induction scoops on the back of the boat new chrome looks nice. What really bothers me tho is that the previous owner moved the 20gal fuel tank into the bow and put a fill on top of the bow. I hated it so I took the fuel tank out and put it in the back but now im left with a 2 inch hole in my bow. I need to fix it.
