Anyone that has got a new boat in the last year or so 24 ' and under that didn't have a capacity plate ( sticker ) on the boat....... we have the new ones in finally! If you need one or know someone who needs one .......e-mail Kip at info@checkmatepowerboats.net or call @ 419-562-3881 with your boat serial number ( for verification ) , model and your complete mailing address and i'll get your capacity sticker off to you.....Thanks Kip Combs - Checkmate Boats,Inc.

Why would you ( the manufacturer) not just send them to the dealer and have the dealer deal with this? I'm sure that you are well aware of which boats did not have plate installed in them.

hopefully through your warranty registration that the dealer is required to send in.

Kip, that purple 16ft I just got did'nt have one, so I put a 300x on it. The guy who bought it loves it. Was that the wrong thing to do?

That is hilarious! It may be a bit back end heavy...? Think it might blow over at say...10 mph??

Thanks for posting the info Kip! Personally, I've taken off or not installed the capacity plate on half my boats........................:devil:
