Pretty new to boats. I have been looking for a Enchanter for a couple months. Whats a Bridgeport Motor ?

Congrats on the new boat. Looks good.
A bridgeport is one of merc's high performance engine. I see yours already has a nosecone and low water pick-ups. very nice. Give us a shot of the engine with the cowl off.

Nice boat has alot of potential thats for sure. Evidentley the guy was into the looks(so he thought with "GOTCHA" and addding the nose cone with out so much as a jackplate) Im betting by next summer this will not be even close to the same boat. That will for sure be a fun winter project lots of potential with that motor for hp. Aaron:cheers

Thanks for the feedback. Lots of questions sorry but I am new to this. Please explain Extended Jackplate,Nosecone with lower water pickup. I took some pics with the cover off and will post them shortly. Metal tag on the lower part of the motor with this serial# on it 6489379 will this tell me the year of the motor?If not where do I need to look did'nt see any tags after a quick look raining hard here now. Thanks.
