All I have a 1987 open bow I believe its a starflight, with a low profile windshield. I am told check mate made a center clip in section for the walk threw ?? anyone know anything about this or have any Ideas to make a section for it ?? or one for sale ?:eyecrazy:

If it is the open bow version of the starflite they actually call it a starliner

Ok thanks for the clarification .. some one else gave me this info and I wasnt sure so two times is enought for me. any info on a center window ??

who made the window - you should see markings on it. Taylor made and Aldon are common suppliers. most companies don't make their own glass.

National, and the total frame height is 15" - 15 1/4". should i try to contact them or CheckMate . ??

I once had a starliner then sold it to guy in PA...great boat...i asked those same questions...i was told that checkmate no longer has the patterns...and not sure there ever was center for it...note the lack of any of the typical connecting hardware....

All of the Starflight/Starliner windshieds, fuel tanks, etc. were bought by the company that bought the molds. I've already asked Mike about this, I was trying to find where they went. Somewhere in the Dominican Republic.

thanks to you all for the info, looks like i wont spend alot of time and energy looking, guess ill go to the old make and design cells in my garage and figure something out..... thanks again for everyones help
