Can you change my name from "DONCONVINCOR" to "DONCONVINCER" with an E rether than an O.

My boat is a 1977 Convincer (19'6" bowrider I/O)

The problem, chine walk limits its speed...

Prior boat owned 1978 Predictor purchased with a 90hp merc. Repowered with an In-Line 140. When the stock 140 was not enough I had it worked over. All said and done 70+ was the best it would do without getting wind under it. The boat never actualy blew over but one time it was full vert. made a 180 in the air and fell back down. SCAREY!!

Thanks... When I regestered I used the newer spelling "CONVINCOR". Later in the day I was out a at my boat and looked at the name plate and found the older model is spelled with an E. My boat looks exactly like a '76 trimate IV but longer. In '77 and 78 they made a "Convincer that was 19'6" and was available with a V8.

HEY CHRIS, WHEN I USE THE NORMAL REPLY BOX, IT KICKS ME OUT. I CAN ONLY USE THE QUICK REPLY FOR SOME REASON????? HELP!

It could be a security issue. Pop up blockers sometimes wont allow the reply box to open, also some virus and firewall software. Try disabling those and see if it fixes the problem.

Jupiter.. On my new computer at home I sometimes have to click on the reply box 3-4 times for it to bring up the reply screen

On my home computer I installed "Norton 2004", "SPYBOT S/D", "AOL 9.0 SPY WARE", AOL "POP-UP BLOCKER" a "firewall" and restricted my son's activity to a partitioned access(password access.. I have adminstrator access) that he can use. I sure hope this computer does not get infected with junk....

My son is 16...
His internet activity has trashed 5 computers.. 2 I can't fix...
